Supporting the work of Martha Trust can have real benefits for your company. It can raise your profile, boost morale among your staff and give you a competitive edge.
In return, your support could help transform the lives of people with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities. |

Celebrating 25 years of Martha Trust
2012 is our 25 Anniversary year and we’ll be working even harder to raise the profile of Martha Trust and our supporters. It’s an ideal time to consider how we could work together, from making us your Charity of the Year, to sponsoring our events, encouraging your staff to fundraise or volunteer with us, or setting up a workplace giving programme.
|
|
Charity of the Year
Making Martha Trust your Charity of the Year is a great way to engage staff and demonstrate your commitment to the community. By volunteering with us, fundraising or making donations through their payroll, your staff can learn new skills, improve team working and make a real contribution towards our work. |
|
Supporting us through Sponsorship
Sponsorship can raise the profile of your organisation while providing vital support for ours. We offer a range of flexible packages to suit every budget and would be happy to discuss any ideas you might have for supporting us.

Tax-free giving
Payroll giving is a brilliantly simple way for your staff to give to Martha Trust. It’s easy to set up and once the scheme is in place, anyone paid through PAYE can make monthly donations direct from their salary. And because donations are made before tax, every penny is completely tax-free.

Fundraising
There are a million ways to raise funds for Martha Trust from sponsored bike rides and coffee mornings to skydives and fashion shows. We run events throughout the year including a Firewalk and European car challenge that are open to everyone, and our free Fundraising Toolkit has all the advice you need to run an event of your own. |
|
And more besides…
If you can’t make a regular commitment to Martha then why not support us by donating equipment, facilities, raffle prizes or refreshments? You could publicise an event or raise awareness of our work among your staff, customers, suppliers and business networks. You could even encourage your staff to take paid leave to volunteer with us, or make a cash donation that can be offset against your profits to reduce your corporation tax. |
