Frances House
Frances House is a spacious, purpose-built house which is home to five young people with profound disabilities. The house is furnished with modern equipment giving our residents a comfortable place to live.
Situated in a beautiful part of Kent amid open countryside, Frances House is within easy access to the local towns of Deal, Dover, Sandwich and Canterbury – and only a few minutes drive from the sea. Frances House looks and feels like the sort of home we would all like to provide for our young people. It is a bright spacious tidy home where the young people feel loved and secure.
At Frances House we provide an outstanding range of facilities including soundbeam equipment, aromatherapy, reflexology and gentle massage. The home has a specially designed sensory room which the young people love to play in. In addition, there is a large hydrotherapy pool which is used daily by the young people as part of their physiotherapy programme, or simply to splash about in and have fun!
Young people at Frances House also have full use of our wonderful sensory garden. Click here for more information on the Martha Garden.
