Our homes and services
We care for young people and adults with profound disabilities and provide respite and day-care services at three homes in the South East of England – Martha and Frances House at Deal in Kent, and Mary House at Hastings in East Sussex.

Martha and Frances House, Deal
Martha House and Frances House are home for 20 young people and adults with profound physical disabilities. The homes are sited together in a beautiful part of Kent amid open countryside about 10 minutes drive from the sea. Respite care is available and there is also a Day-care centre.

Mary House, Hastings
Mary House opened in 2005 and is home to eight* young adults with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities. Mary House is close to the centre of Hastings, which offers all the amenities of a popular seaside town, and the home has the benefit of overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty.
*12 residents by the end of 2009.
Martha, Frances and Mary House look and feel like the sort of home we would all like to live in - bright, spacious and welcoming with level access from the bedrooms and living rooms to the courtyards and gardens. All our homes are fully equipped for people with special needs and our care staff is highly trained. A wide range of activities, including music and sensory rooms, aromatherapy, reflexology and massage, are offered and the purpose-built hydrotherapy pools at Deal and Hastings are used daily by residents as part of their physiotherapy programme, or as a place to relax and play.
