Before you make or change your will you need to know what your estate is worth and how you’d like it to be divided. Our Legacy pack will give you some useful tips on planning your will along with some simple explanations of your options and some handy FAQs.
There’s also a word or two on inheritance tax, including a new measure to reduce tax for anyone leaving more than 10% of their estate to charity.
But before you make or change your will, talk to an expert and consult either a solicitor or qualified professional adviser.
