I started work in Martha House in 1989, only a few years after it opened. At that time, the home was smaller and we only had eight residents. Many things have changed in the years I have worked here, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the warm, caring atmosphere. Everyone who comes here comments on it. |

| After 18 years of working for Martha Trust, I still feel privileged to have experienced the way in which a client’s smile or laughter can light up a room. Their progress and achievements, no matter how small, can lift our spirits and make us feel on top of the world. |
