I was initially employed by Martha Trust to work with respite clients way back in 1994. I now work in our Daycentre as a support worker and I am also the Health & Safety Officer for Martha. |

| When I think back over the years I have worked here, I always remember the clients with great fondness. We’ve had some really lovely clients in the time I’ve been here and, sadly, not all of them are still with us but I have some very special memories which will stay with me forever. I also get a great deal of satisfaction in being able to support the parents and families of clients. A special bond is formed with families because they put their trust in us to care for their son or daughter and we try to live up to and exceed their expectations. A smile from a client or a thank you from a parent is the most rewarding part of the job. |
