Full & Part Time Support Workers – Deal

As a big thank you and to show our appreciation to all of our valued Support Workers; from January 2022 our hourly rate increased to £9.55 for a range of day or night shifts and £10.05 for weekends. We also pay increased rates for Overtime and Bank Holiday shifts.

Full and Part time Support Workers required – Night or Weekend only Contracts are also Available!

You do not need any experience, but you do need to be willing to learn, to work hard, and to be a team player. You will have an interest in caring for others and an enthusiasm for supporting others to reach their full potential.

You will be working in a friendly environment where teamwork and individual support are high priorities. You will be responsible to the Nurse in charge for providing and maintaining a homely atmosphere and will need a keen interest in caring for people, ensuring that the rights and dignity of our residents are respected at all times.

Our homes are lively and busy, where no two days are the same! As well as providing personal care, you will be supporting people to take part in a range of activities, including hydrotherapy, supportive crafts, walks by the sea, bowling trips, horse carriage riding, ice skating and lots more.

About you

You will hold the values we have here at Martha Trust – to support, respect, encourage and show compassion to all those around you.

Ideally you will have a flexible approach to shift work including weekends. But, we are also looking for people who prefer nights or want to work just weekends.

A full driving license and the ability to drive our minibuses on a regular basis would be an advantage, but is not essential.
