(NEW) Support Assistant – Deal & Hastings

We are pleased to announce an exciting new role, Support Assistant, brought in to enable us to help support younger people studying care, while also giving us an opportunity to expand the care team in the homes.

As a Support Assistant, you will be at least 17 years old and already studying a qualification in care. This role will give you the opportunity to put what you are learning into practice while also gaining valuable skills for your future career.

You will work within a team, supporting the residents with every part of their day. This will include assisting with personal care, supporting with meals and drinks, as well as enabling residents to be involved in every aspect of their own lives. Most of the time you will be based within the home or the grounds, but we also encourage residents to be part of the wider community which sees them attending groups, going for coffee in town, or for day trips out and about.

Our hourly rate starts at £7.64 and £8.14 for weekends.
