Phil Linkin, Associate Director Health & Social Care

Phil started his Nursing career in 1983 as a support worker in  Bexley Hospital and a year later went on to train as a Nurse. Phil’s first role  working with people with multiple physical and learning disabilities came in 1998. A few years later he came to Martha Trust with a brass band to provide entertainment to the residents, staff and relatives. It was at this concert he was recruited as a Nurse by the Martha Team. Phil has gone on to hold a number of roles at Martha including training co-ordinator, Deputy Director of Nursing and Registered Home Manager.

Having worked for Martha over eleven years Phil feels  that working with the residents, relatives and staff at  Martha has been one of the most rewarding periods of his entire nursing career.
