KM Bike Ride

Time to dust off your lycra or dress up as Superman on Sunday 24th April 2022 at Betteshanger Park near Deal: it’s the KM Charity Team’s annual East Kent KM Big Bike Ride!

The KM Charity Team’s Big Bike Ride offers a choice of either a 100 KM or 50 KM Ride both starting and finishing at Betteshanger Country Park, A258, Deal, Kent, CT14 0BF.  Both routes are an excellent warm up to a summer of cycling!

Riders have the choice of taking part in the popular physical cycling challenge just for fun, or to raise money for Martha Trust through sponsorship. Nominated charities will receive 70% of sponsorship raised by their supporters. The remainder will go to the KM Charity Team to cover costs for the event and to fund its child literacy, road safety and environmental work within Kent and Medway schools.

Please note due to insurance purposes this ride is not open to anyone under the age of 12. Riders aged 12-17 must have a parental consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian, and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

KM Big Bike Ride costs £30 and includes:

    • Mid-ride refreshments
    • Sportive photo taken during the ride
    • Timing chips
    • Medal
