Ticket Holders

There are 3 main public car parks in Sandwich. The closest is along the quayside, adjacent to The Salutation. Gazen Salts car park and The Guildhall car park are both also within walking distance of The Salutation, as is Sandwich train station. More details of parking in Sandwich can be found online at Dover District council’s website.

On the day you are permitted to bring along soft drinks, but the bars on-site will be providing any alcoholic beverages including beer, wine and champagne. As well as the on-site bars, there will be children’s activities and a BBQ.

We would like to encourage you to purchase food and drink on the day as 50% of all refreshment sales will be donated back to Martha Trust.

At 6pm Auctioneers from The Sandwich Auction Rooms will take to the stage for the all important charity auction. There will be some fantastic lots to bid on, so dig deep to help support a great local cause.

We are hoping that the sun will shine, however if we’re not so lucky, do remember to bring along an umbrella – the show will go on regardless! A picnic rug may also come in useful.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests BBQ’s, ball games, pets or fires are not allowed and guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID may be required.

Parents are advised that children remain the responsibility of their carers at all times and to be aware that there is a lake within the gardens.

The event will draw to a close at 7pm. Please ensure you make arrangements to leave the Salutation grounds by no later than 8pm.

All proceeds will help Martha Trust to transform the lives of people with profound disabilities.

We hope you all enjoy the day.
