Well done to the ‘Martha Trust Muddies’ who came tenth in the KM Assault Course Challenge which took place last Sunday at the Betteshanger Country Park. The team was made up of Carol Baalham, Kerry Rubins, Gemma Moore, Jo Allen and Stephanie Febery and between them they hoped to have raised £300 for Martha.

Billed as Kent’s dirtiest day out, the KM Assault Course Challenge lived up to its name on Sunday as teams crawled through mud to complete the course.  Twenty eight teams of six took part in the annual challenge staged by the KM Charity Team raising £10k for 19 good causes.  The Dad’s Army team from Thanet Fit Club recorded the fastest time completing the 19 obstacles on Kent’s longest civil assault course in a time of 5min 52sec. Event sponsors Qube Recruitment and KM Security Solutions from Medway came fourth with a time of 7min 18sec.
