Registered Nurse – Deal

Salary from: £19.16 per hour
Full/Part Time: Hours negotiable

Weekends attract a 50p per hour incentive (This applies to late shifts on a Friday, all the way through to the night shift on a Sunday)

Overtime is payable after the full time equivalent of 35 hours have been worked, at time and a third. Night shifts to be paid at an enhanced rate.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Nurses with flexibility to work days or days and nights if required, who want to make a difference by joining our team and supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Deal. We need enthusiastic people, with excellent clinical skills and a real drive to promote the health and social wellbeing of our residents through delivering person centred care.

You will be a qualified nurse, with a current registration and the ability to work a combination of shifts. You will be expected to take responsibility for motivating, supporting and supervising a team of support workers in a busy and vibrant home environment where no two days are the same!
